The pool is located in the beautiful setting of the front yard, overlooking the green hills rolling towards the coast line. The heated indoor pool provides water treatments in the form of Watsu and Waterdance as well as small group happenings and is of course available for our guests during their stay at Avalon.

Water is known as a great healer. It enables the body to let go and be supported. The treatment consists of a combination of moves, stretching, rotations and still moments. The warm water releases the muscles, reduces pain, enhances flexibility and benefits the immune system. Emotionally, the water's embrace and quite presence allow an experience of deep rest and a sense of unity and connection.
